I have been handling real estate, business and litigation matters for more than 18 years; working extensively with residential and commercial developers on a variety of legal matters.
These have included: negotiating with municipal governments and public officials; representing you in public hearings; assisting with land development issues such as easements, permits, subdivisions and condominiums; obtaining zoning variances and conditional use permits; and advising on issues relating to environmental site assessments.
